Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you still have not received your refund, please note that the refund may take 5-7 business days depending on the payment method and bank used. This is beyond our control as it is subject to the policies of your financial institution.
If it has been more than 7 business days since you received our refund confirmation email, please contact your financial institution for more information.
If it has been 10 business days since your refund was issued and you have contacted your bank with no resolution, please submit a ticket through our supporters and we will contact our payment processor to see if we can help.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items:
